One place for your work. The same channels for everyone else.
Work with your harness in your chosen AI application, bringing together context from the accounts and services you connect. Your clients, colleagues and partners keep using their usual email, chat and shared documents.
They do not need a Whiia account to keep working with you.
Where you work, where they work
Your harness fits into your existing software environment rather than forcing your business into a closed proprietary silo.
Where you direct work, review drafts, and maintain business memory.
Keep using their standard email and chat apps. No Whiia account required.
Channels and what they support
Connections differ between reading context, drafting responses, sending approved messages, and updating records.
Email accounts
Services:
What the harness does through tools you connect: read recent message threads and commitments; prepare draft replies for human review; send approved messages on your direction. No message leaves your system without your sign-off.
Setup guidance: shipped for Gmail (Google Workspace) and Outlook (Microsoft 365). iCloud Mail has no shipped guide yet — treat it as adaptable rather than verified.
Team and direct messaging
Services:
What the harness does through tools you connect: read discussion channels and project threads; extract open questions, dates, and agreements; draft replies for review.
Setup guidance: shipped for Slack and WhatsApp. What a connection can do depends on the tool you connect and the access you authorize.
Files, notes and documents
Services:
What the harness does through tools you connect: read existing agreements, split sheets, meeting notes, and briefs; generate structured project documents; write approved updates back to shared workspaces.
Setup guidance: shipped for Google Drive and Notion. iCloud Drive has no shipped guide yet — treat it as adaptable rather than verified.
Calendars and scheduling
Services:
What the harness does through tools you connect: review upcoming agendas and attendees; prepare contextual pre-meeting briefs from past records; schedule follow-ups and hold deadlines after meetings conclude.
Setup guidance: shipped for Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Apple Calendar has no shipped guide yet — treat it as adaptable rather than verified.
Service names and icons identify what the guides cover; they do not imply a partnership or certification. External channels and AI applications are different questions. For instructions on connecting your tools, see the Connecting tools guide. For AI applications and subscription compatibility, see the AI apps & subscriptions guide.
You stay in control of what leaves your workspace
Connecting a channel does not grant autonomous AI permission to send uncontrolled messages into the world.
Draft-first safety
Your harness prepares outbound correspondence, proposals, and updates as explicit drafts. You review the wording, verify the details, and make any adjustments before anything is dispatched.
Scoped authorization
You decide which specific mailboxes, folders, or workspaces to link. Organizational connections (such as corporate Google Workspace or Slack) may require administrator approval.
No contact migration
Your clients, artists, promoters, and suppliers continue communicating normally. They never need to register for Whiia, install software, or change how they work with you.
Data privacy
Information used for a task is processed only by the AI and services you choose to connect. Your day-to-day business correspondence is not hosted on Whiia servers. See Data & control.
