Business methods · Included with Pro and Ultra

Methods your harness follows, step by step

When you bring someone new into the business, you hand them your process: the checklist, the template, the way you like it done. A business method — or playbook — is that same written process, given to your AI so the task comes out the way you do it.

You start it, it follows the steps, you review the draft

A method is a written file in your harness. Nothing about it is hidden: you can open it, read the steps, and change them to match how your business actually works.

Stage 1

You ask for it

You start the task in your AI application, or start a routine you configured yourself. A method does not run on its own initiative.

Stage 2

It follows the written steps

Your AI reads the method, pulls in the context it needs, uses calculation tools where the method calls for numbers, and prepares each output in order.

Stage 3

You review the draft

The result comes back as a draft with the material behind it. Review the draft before sending; the method sets out where your check is required.

Business methods are included with Pro and Ultra

The methods are part of the package, not a separate purchase. The lower plans cover a different kind of starting point.

Free Free

21 methods for the tools you already use — setup guides for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion and more. Free also gives you the working instructions, business context, contacts and knowledge tools — the foundation every method builds on — plus brainstorming and saved knowledge.

Go Go

21 methods for the tools you already use — the same tooling guides as Free. Go adds the day-to-day records — goals, meetings, decisions, invoices and expenses — that methods draw their inputs from.

Pro Pro

35 methods: the 21 tooling guides plus 14 business methods covering daily operations, meetings, time, finance, invoicing, client onboarding and retention, CRM use, contracts, competitive analysis, content, KPIs and goal methodology.

Ultra Ultra

Everything in Pro, plus one additional framework — 36 methods in total — alongside the specialist music capabilities.

Client onboarding, taken apart

Included with Pro and Ultra. This is a real method from the package, described the way you would read it before letting it near a new client.

What it is for

Bringing a new client or artist into the business without dropping any of the steps: what has been signed, what needs sending, who owns what, and what happens in the first weeks.

Required inputs

A contact record for the client; the signed agreement and its key terms; the intake answers (goals, decision-makers, communication preferences, deadlines); and the deposit or invoice details if billing starts now. Without these, the method can only prepare partial output, and it says so.

What it produces

An onboarding checklist built with you, a draft welcome document, a kick-off meeting agenda, a suggested first-30/60/90-day path, and a handoff summary when the checklist is finished. Timeframes in the method are starting points you can adjust.

Review points

The welcome message and the agenda are drafts — review the draft before sending. You confirm each checklist item as it is actually done, and you decide what moves to the next stage. The method records status; it does not decide that work is finished on your behalf.

What the welcome draft looks like
  • Subject line — a short, plain opening with the project name.
  • What was agreed — the scope and primary goal, drawn from the signed agreement.
  • Who is who — the contacts on your side and on theirs.
  • What is needed from them — access, materials, intake answers.
  • Kick-off details — date, length, agenda, and what to bring.
Illustrative example. Available features depend on your plan and the information you provide or connect.

Every method in the package

35 methods ship with Pro; Ultra includes those 35 plus one additional framework. Your own methods live alongside them and follow the same format.

Capability claims follow the release manifests for Free, Go, Pro and Ultra (harness 2.0.0). What a method returns depends on the information you give it — methods set out steps and review points, not guarantees about a result.
