Guides and answers for your Whiia harness.
Start with setup, understand AI compatibility and connecting tools, get answers to practical questions, and customize your workflows when you are ready.
The first session, step by step
Getting started walks through what happens after you register: confirm your email, tell your harness about your business, set up your harness in your AI application, use one source and finish one useful task.
New here
Create an account with an email you can access, review the starting profile of your business, and download your harness. Everything after that happens in your chosen AI application.
Already set up
Sign in to see your plan and access dates, get a new or updated release, or restore your saved context. Continue with the next unfinished step rather than starting over.
Choose a starting point
A short optional guide asks three questions about the work in front of you and suggests a practical first task, the source it needs and the plan that includes it.
Bring your existing compatible AI subscription
Your harness supplies your business context, instructions and workflows. You run it inside a compatible AI desktop application you direct.
Use the AI subscription you already have
If your current subscription includes a compatible desktop AI application (such as Codex or Antigravity), you can use it to run your harness. You do not need to purchase multiple overlapping AI accounts.
Plan coverage and separate costs
Your Whiia plan is purchased separately and covers your harness files, written playbooks and update access. Model usage allowances, rate limits and external API costs are governed by your AI provider's subscription.
What a compatible host provides
The AI application is the interface where you chat, review drafts and issue instructions. Your harness injects your catalogue context, contacts and playbooks directly into that application so it executes real tasks.
Connected tools are separate
External channels (like your email or cloud drive) are connected to provide source context. They are distinct from the AI application itself. See Connections.
Instructions for connecting external channels
How to connect your email, messaging, document storage, and calendar tools to feed context into your workspace.
1. Select your channels
Choose the specific business tools you use daily: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Notion, or iCloud. You do not need to connect all channels at once; start with the primary mailbox or notes folder.
2. Authorize in your workspace
Credentials and tokens are configured within your private AI application environment. For corporate Google Workspace or Slack accounts, ensure your team administrator permits third-party tool access.
3. Verify read and draft modes
Test the connection by preparing a single daily brief or drafting a follow-up reply. Verify that drafts remain in your staging area for review before any live sending occurs.
4. Need guided setup?
If you want assistance configuring connections, importing past split sheets, or verifying multi-channel mailboxes, our team can guide you. See Whiia Services.
Customize your workflows and methods
Your harness is structured in human-readable markdown and standard code files, so you can adapt it as your business develops.
Editable prompt instructions
Update your business identity, artist roster details, tone rules, and negotiation guidelines directly in your harness files. Changes take effect immediately on your next task.
Standard operating playbooks
Use written playbooks for recurring work: meeting processing, split sheet verification, tour settlement auditing, and pitch deck generation. Add your own custom checklists whenever needed.
No proprietary lock-in
Because your context is not trapped in an opaque database, you can export, back up, or inspect every piece of business logic at any time.

Keep your work through updates and changes
An annual purchase covers your harness capabilities and a stated update period. Two separate things matter: getting new versions, and restoring what you have saved.
Updating
New versions are obtained through your account while your update access is active. The update path is designed to keep your saved information, corrections and custom methods in place rather than replacing them.
What remains yours
You retain the right to use the version you acquired when your update access ends. Whiia does not remotely switch off installed capabilities. Continued operation depends on your AI application, connected services and working environment.
Restoring saved context
Save approved harness and context files to a private repository you own and restore from it later. Larger documents, attachments and media belong in a separate backup suited to those files.
Plan terms, update access and purchase rights are set out in Terms of Service and on Pricing.
