How the plans differ
Checked against the current Free, Go, Pro and Ultra release manifests (harness 2.0.0).
Morning triage, automated worklogs and team sync are included with Pro and Ultra. They are not part of Go.
Free saves your notes and knowledge. Goals, meeting records and the dedicated decision workflow start at Go.
Business playbooks are included with Pro and Ultra. Free and Go receive the harness without the playbook library.
Release, rights, touring and royalty workflows are principally an Ultra proposition.
Lead finding and research synopses are included with Pro and Ultra as capabilities that prepare drafts for you to review. Tailored proposal drafting has no dedicated tool in any current release: a proposal is drafted with Pro's document generation from your own material, and it stays a draft for you to review.
Hosting is not sold as a plan feature. Plans differ in capabilities; where you install your harness is a setup choice, explained under Resources.

What is included now, in this tier and release?
Each card above lists what that plan includes in the current release (harness 2.0.0). What you receive is your plan's harness package — working instructions, business methods, saved-knowledge structures and the skills your plan includes — which you install and use in your AI application. The lists are checked against the release manifests for Free, Go, Pro and Ultra, so a capability named on a card is in that plan's package.
What compatible AI application or account do I need?
The harness is not an AI model and does not include one. You use it with a compatible AI application and an AI account of your own, set up and paid for separately. We do not claim it works with every AI application: Resources explains what a compatible application needs so you can judge the one you use. A list of specific applications and setup paths that have been demonstrated is not published yet; other paths may need adaptation.
Which model, connection and optional hosting costs are separate?
Whiia pricing covers the included harness capabilities and the stated update period. Your AI application, model usage, optional hosting and connected services may have separate costs. Those costs are set by the services you choose.
Is this an annual purchase or an automatic renewal?
New purchases are annual. Each paid plan buys one year of update access at the price shown above, and the price, currency and term are confirmed at payment. It is not an automatic renewal: when that year ends, keeping update access is a later purchase you make. Free requires no payment.
What remains available when update access ends?
You retain the right to use the version you acquired when your update access ends. Whiia does not remotely switch off those installed capabilities. Continued operation depends on your AI application, connected services and working environment. Releases you already acquired stay available to you; new releases require active update access.
Is the license for one person, one installation or a team?
The license unit for paid plans — one person, one installation, one business or multiple team members — has not been confirmed, so this page does not state one. If that matters to your decision, wait for the confirmed license terms before purchasing.
What support is included?
No support service level is defined yet, so this page promises no support channel, scope or response time. Setup guidance and practical answers are published under Resources, and this page makes no response-time commitment.
